Introduction
The Online Services website was developed by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) for your convenience. This website allows you to:
  • Establish an account through the registration process
  • Update your registration information
  • View certain active licenses, permits, certificates or registrations
  • Renew certain licenses, permits, certificates or registrations that are within 30 days of expiration, as identified on the home page
  • Contact us
Please note that this is a new website, which we will continue to develop to provide additional information and features. There are times when this website may not be available due to upgrades and enhancements.

Registration
Registration is a one time process, which requires your name as it appears on your license and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) provided with your renewal notice. To complete registration, you must provide two items:
  • Unique, valid e-mail account, which will be your login on future visits
  • Personal password, which will be used in conjunction with your login
The login and password information will remain on record with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. This information should be retained in your records for future visits to this website.

Finding Your PIN
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a unique number that identifies you as the licensee for a specific license, permit, certificate or registration. Your PIN appears on your renewal notice above the payment coupon on the far right side.

You will only receive a PIN on certain licenses, permits, certificates and registrations that can be renewed through this website.

Duplicate E-Mail Account
Your e-mail account must be unique in the licensing system. Multiple licensees may not share use of one e-mail account for registration and renewal purposes.

Lost Login Id
If you do not remember your login id or it does not work, please contact us for verification. When contacting us, either use the phone number specified for your license type or send an e-mail to the specified account.

You must provide a valid name, license number and PIN prior to the verification and/or modification of your login id. A DATCP representative may contact you to confirm your identify.

Your login id will be sent to your e-mail account on record.

Lost Password
If you have lost your password, please use the Forgot Password link on the login page. This will allow you to reset you password and login to the system.

Update Registration Information
The Update Registration page is used to change your password and to provide the DATCP with your current address and contact information. Please note that the address update changes the address on your license. Contact us if you hold multiple licenses, permits, registrations or certificates with the DATCP before making an address update.
