Jug Creek Sweets is an organic maple syrup producer in Vernon County, Wisconsin. Maple syrup is produced from our 80 acre farm, on Jug Creek Road, in Stark township. We do not buy sap for, or haul sap to our operation. All syrup originates from our woods only. This makes for the freshest sap and the highest quality syrup. All equipment is of the highest quality. Our sap goes directly from the tree to the evaporator and is processed into our syrup daily during maple season. We make a limited amount of syrup, which is dependent on mother nature. The best syrup practices make the best syrup and that syrup is always in high demand.

Just fudge is a small, family run confections company specializing in making handcrafted fudge. Just Fudge is made in Weyerhaeuser WI. Starting from a recipe given to me 25 years ago, we were asked to make something for a fundraiser. That night we sold our first fudge product. After making a few adjustments to the recipe to fit our needs, we have enjoyed making small batches of Just Fudge every week. We sell wholesale, at farmers markets and craft fairs, private events and participate in fundraisers.

Just Bakery is an employment training program for people with barriers to employment (such as mental health, AODA, homelessness, justice involvement, etc.). Our participants gain nationally recognized certificates through the ManageFirst curriculum, and gain hands on experience baking in our commercial bakery. Through our program they can find better paying employment, or can go to Madison College with a free 12 credits towards a culinary degree if they are interested in further education.
